Xellskapet
We are Xellskapet, the X-section’s social committee. The committee’s work is led by the section’s Social Affairs Officer and Master’s and International Officer, and our main task is to look after the section room (Xellen) and to ensure that we have a good social environment here in the section. This includes organizing events — primarily non-sports and non-alcohol-related ones — and baking for various section activities.
Study Sessions
During both the autumn and spring terms, the committee organizes study sessions where students get a chance to study together with other students on the programme in a calm environment with plenty of delicious homemade baked goods.
XemmelFiKa and more!
One of the committee’s biggest events is XemmelFika, where together with the F-section (Engineering Physics) and the K-section (Chemical Engineering), semlas are baked and sold on Shrove Tuesday.
In addition to these larger events, we also organize movie nights, game nights, and sell/bake treats on themed days.
